We have had those moments and I love how our journey reveals what is true for us in so many ways. However parts of our personal journey are and should be unique. And so as we wrap up 2024 and embark on new beginnings, just like how Functional Nutritional Therapy is bio-individual, this is in no way a generic prescription.
