Reframing Wellness: The Bigelsen Perspective

Has navigating yeast overgrowth, SIBO or parasites felt like a never ending journey of expensive supplement protocols and lab testing?

Perhaps it’s time to take a step back and discover how health and the bodies self regulatory systems actually work.

In this week’s interview NTA Vodcast host Dr Sara Fieschi looks at health from The Bigelsen Perspective with Adam and Josh Bigelsen.

Founders of the Bigelsen Academy, Adam and Josh are dedicated to empowering individuals to take an active role in their health. Grounded in the belief that true wellness extends beyond the absence of illness, the Academy promotes a comprehensive approach integrating physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Central to its philosophy is the idea that disease cannot exist without underlying stagnation or blockages in the body, and that by identifying and addressing these imbalances, the body can restore and support itself naturally.

The Academy’s work is inspired by Dr. Harvey Bigelsen, a pioneer in holistic health and wellness and one of the earliest physicians in the United States to study live blood under a microscope.

With over three decades of clinical success using the microscope and four decades in the holistic health field, Dr. Bigelsen significantly advanced alternative medicine. He founded the American Holistic Medical Association and helped shape legislation recognizing homeopathic medical practices. Today, his legacy is continued by Adam and Josh Bigelsen, who carry forward his vision and methodologies.

Bigelsen Academy offers educational products and resources designed to inform and empower individuals on their wellness journey. Through its teachings, the Academy encourages a deeper understanding of the body’s innate capabilities and provides guidance on accessing both internal and external resources for achieving a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life.
