With Deep Appreciation…

As we draw closer to the end of 2025, we’re filled with appreciation for the journey and all the moments we’ve shared together.

The end of the year brings a time for reflection and appreciation of all the little moments that made the year so memorable. As we are drawn into 2026, our team at NTA AU/NZ wants to take a moment to share some powerful personal moments we experienced this year, to inspire each of you in your continuing journey.

Helping others to connect to the incredible power of the innate intelligence which resides in each and everyone one of us, whether it be our students, graduates or our greater community, is our collective purpose, our dharma.

You are the heart of everything we do, and your passion, support, and commitment inspire us every day.

Where did 2025 go??

It feels like just 5 minutes ago we were here reflecting on 2024.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I do not feel gratitude for the beautiful NTA community, graduates and team who are all equally an important part of this incredible co-creation that has unfolded over the last 12 years.

This year has been even more poignant having watched an unprecedented number of our practitioners and clients discover their unique gifts and highest potential. We are truly at a global turning point of mass inner revelation.

At NTA AU/NA, our philosophy is that we are destined to discover how powerful we truly are! It is our birthright. Watching so many of our community achieve this Self Realisation is truly why we do what we do.

Warmest of wishes to everyone over this holiday season. May you all find the peace, joy and love that already resides within you this and every day.

A moment from 2025 that reminded me why I do this work was witnessing students enter the final stretch of the program and begin to truly trust their own knowing. After months of growth, questioning, and refining their skills, there comes a point where something clicks — not in their technique, but in their inner confidence. Watching them stand a little taller, speak with more clarity, and recognise that they are capable, intuitive, and ready to serve their communities is the reminder I always return to.

It is this that affirms why we do this work: to cultivate practitioners who trust themselves as deeply as we believe in them.

A story from this year that changed how I teach was delivering a presentation on some of the biggest misconceptions in modern healthcare — and then feeling the post-talk ripple as people reached out afterwards with reflections and shifts in perspective.

Seeing that unfold reminded me how powerful it is to teach in a way that disrupts gently but clearly. The impact wasn’t in the delivery, but in the space the teaching created for people to rethink, question, and reconnect to their own discernment.

This year taught me that when we make space for deeper conversations — the ones that invite reflection, challenge assumptions, and reconnect people to their own discernment — we don’t just teach. We transform how people see themselves, their health, and the world they’re navigating.

A moment of healing or transformation I witnessed was seeing a student connect the dots between their lived experience, their physiology, and their emotional terrain — and in that instant, something unlocked. Their posture softened, their breath changed, and you could feel the release.

These moments — real, human, unfiltered — are why this work matters. They remind me that healing isn’t just a program, protocol or a module; it’s a remembering of who we really are.

Well, hasn’t this year felt like a runaway train?

Time seemed to move faster and faster as the months unfolded, and as I held on tight - letting out a little scream every now and then - I eventually surrendered to the momentum of the year that was: a wild, yet deeply enlightening ride of personal growth and evolution.

As I look back, there were countless moments that reminded me why I love doing this work. But if I were to choose just one moment that truly shifted things for me, it would be the realisation of the power of the ripple effect. More specifically, the understanding that when we focus on supporting our own wellbeing, the inner shift we create inevitably flows outward - into our relationships, our work and business practices, our community, and all the lives we touch.

For me personally, 2025 became a year of conscious healing and self-reflection. It was very much an “oxygen mask on the turbulent plane” moment - the realisation that taking care of myself isn’t separate from the work I do; it’s the foundation of it. At times it felt uncomfortable, even indulgent, to slow down and prioritise myself after years of running through life looking after everyone else. But what became clear was this... when I invest in my own health and wellbeing, I am far more grounded, present, and ultimately more effective in my support of others. That is the ripple effect - one intentional action creating change far beyond its starting point.

This year truly reinforced the importance of holding space for my own healing and growth, and honouring my own journey. Full stop. Because that action, in itself, becomes my ripple effect.

I am profoundly grateful for Leanne, the entire NTA team, our mentors, and the wider NTA community who make this work so meaningful. And to my hardworking, curious, and dedicated students - thank you. You have also been wonderful teachers to me this year.

As we move into the holiday season, I hope you find moments to pause, breathe, reconnect, and spend time with those who matter most to you.

Wishing you a peaceful Christmas and New Year filled with prosperity, love, and laughter.

There have been so many moments that have reminded me why I do this work over the course of 2025.

Which makes it tricky for me to just pick one. So instead I choose to share the flavouring of them all.

I am reminded daily, of this work that I share with myself (and embody-imperfect and all) and with my nearest/dearest, clients and community, is the natural way for human mankind to "be" and in that being - not only nourish but flourish in this modern day world.

Although it may appear we are navigating tricky times (and we are for many reasons), I am witnessing how people can truly build themselves up from inside out with nutritional therapy and move through these times with a sense of "I've/we've got this!".

I am forever grateful for Leanne and the NTA AU/NZ Team for the "substrate" they provide and space they hold, so we can all continue to "build ourselves up" in the most sustainable and most importantly- aligned way.

What a wild and wonderful year 2025 has been and I am excited and grateful to be journeying through 2026 with you all in some way, shape and form.

Our thanks to all of you for being a part of this community,

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays,

NTA AU/NZ Team
